11th Biennial Conference & Reunion

“A Rocky Mountain Musical High”

August 6 -9, 2008

The 2008 AFMA Conference Committee can’t wait to greet you and are excited that you will be coming to Colorado Springs. Their pledge is to make this conference and reunion one you will always remember. The following conference schedule will introduce several new events for your pleasure. First, we are going to join with the Air Force Academy Band in a public concert at the Pikes Peak Center for the Performing Arts concert hall. We hope you will remember to bring your instrument (or voice) for we are going to have a wonderful time making music together. You will also see that we have scheduled three Clinic/Seminars with well-known presenters and musical support from various components from the Air Force Academy Band. It is our hope that this will start a tradition of not just seeing old friends and making new ones but providing you with an intellectual experience as well. We want this conference to leave you with a very exciting…“Rocky Mountain Musical High!”
