The 2012 AFMA Conference & Reunion Committee can’t wait to greet you and are excited that you will be coming to San Antonio, Texas. Their pledge is to make this conference and reunion one you will always remember. The  Committee, headed by Phyllis Kohlenberg, has contracted with the Hotel Contessa Luxury Suites, located at 306 Market Street - On the famous Riverwalk - as our headquarters hotel. Room rates will be $133.00 plus tax per room, per night Conference registration is $60.00 per person.
The conference will open with a "Welcome" gathering on Friday, July 20th and end with the "Farewell Banquet" on Monday evening, July 23rd. Other special events are still being finalized.
